Some contents of this block varies, when you come into other section of your site, as it does transmit updates of an appropriate section. For example, you will see new images of other users, when will you go in your Images section.
It will help you to find people with close interests. You can choose "Edit my settings" item in the control panel and disconnect this block.
Also we have added "Set access rights for already exist entries in folder" option at editing folders. Now you can to fix access rights not only for new documents.
