how can i run file swf on my site???

I have a file .swf or .wmv, and they have been upload to file achives of my site.
Now, i want that anyone visit my site, for example in one topic of my forum, these files should be run automatically.

Please help me, these files will be run automatically when anyone visit one topic relating this file in my forum.

In every page you should write the same HTML code in the top, just push edit button .
Anyway, the file, that u want to be on everypage will start over and over again in each page. There is no way u can make it continue with a new page.
